Responsible for the processing of personal data
Seeds of Respect SL, with NIF B6744592 and postal address at carrer 8 de març 17-19, 1-4, 08950, Esplugues, de Llobregat, Barcelona (“Seeds”) is responsible for processing the personal data you provide by filling in the forms available on seedsexperience.com (the “website”) or on its profiles on other platforms or social networks, as well as those you provide by email. Purposes of the processing of personal data
Your personal data (i.e. your email address, your name – if it matches your company name -, your position and any personal data you choose to provide through Seeds forms on the website and other platforms, as well as by email) will be processed in order to (i) send you detailed information about Seeds and its services (features, duration, price, etc.); (ii) inform you about news, activities and online/offline productions through our newsletter or e-mails, as well as the organisation of workshops and events; (iii) to resolve any queries or doubts you may have; (iv) to inform you about the need Seeds may have for independent collaborators to develop specific projects, with whom a processing contract would be signed so that they have access to your data or, where appropriate, you would be asked for your prior consent to give them access to them. The personal data you provide us with by e-mail will be used to respond to or deal with your requests or queries.
Your ownership of or responsibility for personal data
By filling in the forms available on the website or by writing to dataprotection@seedsxr.com (i) you declare that you are the owner of the information and personal data that you provide to Seeds and (ii) you expressly and unconditionally agree to hold Seeds harmless against any claim arising from a breach of the above; and (iii) you undertake not to provide third party data without their prior express written consent.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The bases that legitimise the processing of the personal data you provide are (i) your express consent (if you fill in the forms accessible on the website and, where appropriate, agree to receive commercial communications from Seeds); and (ii) the need for Seeds to process them in order to deal with your requests or queries (which you can submit either through the forms or by e-mail). You give your express consent to process your personal data by filling in and sending the aforementioned forms (the same happens when you send an email to dataprotection@seedsxr.com, voluntarily, to send us any information, query or request. You may withdraw your consent at any time, although this will be subject to any limitations that may be imposed by regulation. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the validity of the processing of your personal data previously carried out.
Possible recipients of personal data
By accepting this privacy policy you expressly consent that your personal data may be communicated to third parties, such as (i) the Administration (tax, justice, state security, etc.); (ii) the Spanish Data Protection Agency (accessible at www.aepd.es) and other similar entities in order to fulfil legal obligations of the data controller or to manage disputes relating to consumer rights, data protection law, intellectual or industrial property rights, or any other protected goods or rights; and (iii) to persons (natural or legal) with whom the controller has concluded appropriate commissioning agreements, and in respect of whom the controller has taken the necessary measures to ensure that your data are protected in accordance with European regulations (inter alia, marketing or commercial communications agencies, data hosting companies, external collaborators, etc.).
Retention period for personal data
The personal data you provide through the forms will be kept until you unsubscribe from the email distribution list (you can stop receiving these emails by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email, or by requesting it at dataprotection@seedsxr.com). In all other cases, your personal data will be processed until the purposes mentioned in point 2 are fulfilled, without prejudice to Seeds’ right to keep them blocked (for a period of up to six years) to deal with possible claims or liabilities arising from the processing.
