Barcelona unveils its first 3D screen, and at SEEDSXR, we are proud to have been part of this innovative project as the technological partner of Stoneweg Places & Experiences, the driving force behind the project, along with the indispensable collaboration of LG, contributing their latest Pixel6 technology.
The America’s Cup Experience has lit up the city’s first large-format 3D screen. It is located on the façade of the former Imax building. This screen is one of the largest in Europe, measuring nearly 200 m². It is visible from the Moll de la Fusta. The screen will provide detailed information about the America’s Cup competition. Viewers can follow the progress of the teams in real-time. They will also see the boats emerge from the screen and relive the most iconic moments of the competition. The “Window to Barcelona,” as this state-of-the-art screen has been named, redefines urban interaction by offering a unique immersive experience that blends art, technology, and entertainment, transforming the visual experience in the city.
This project not only represents a leap forward in advertising technology. Also aligns with major international events. The 3D screen, located on the façade of the America’s Cup Experience, will play an essential role in the America’s Cup 2024, allowing viewers to immerse themselves in a revolutionary visual experience.
