The websites to which these links lead have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy and, therefore, you acknowledge that they are beyond the control of Seeds and you expressly and unconditionally waive any claims against Seeds in respect of the content of such third party platforms or your actions on such platforms.

Payment of the price of tickets to immersive experiences organised by Seeds can be made by credit or debit card, or by any other means of payment that is enabled at any time on a platform managed by third parties unrelated to Seeds. Therefore, if you want to buy tickets you will have to leave the website to enter the environments controlled by this third party agent to make the payment. Given that the payment is made in an environment outside the website, you, the user, declare that you are aware that any problem or eventuality related to this payment process must be notified to the payment service provider, in accordance with its terms and conditions (accessible here), and not to Seeds, which has no control over said payment platform nor processes the data you provide to make payments. In summary, you declare that you are aware that Seeds has no control over the platform on which you can purchase tickets for the immersive experiences organised by Seeds and, therefore, you expressly and unconditionally waive any claim against Seeds for any eventuality arising in those environments outside the website and the control of Seeds.

This legal notice, the privacy policyand the cookie policy (which form an integral part of it and bind both Seeds and you) are governed by Spanish law. You and Seeds agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which you may be entitled, for the resolution of all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
